1. What is the main benefit of using NanoWash?

The main benefit of NanoWash is to enhance cleaning, effectively removing residues during washing. NanoWash generates nanobubbles that reduce the surface tension of the water, making it penetrate deep into surfaces, ensuring a thorough clean without leaving behind soap, detergent, or chemical residues.

3. How do I install NanoWash?

NanoWash Mini and NanoWash Max connect easily to a standard tap (G3/4") and NanoWash Ultra to standard showerhead (G1/2") without special tools or modifications. Simply remove the connection, attach NanoWash and reinstall the fixture.

4. Does it work with any tap?

NanoWash may not be compatible with all taps. It relies on water pressure and dissolved air to generate nanobubbles effectively. If the water pressure is too low or there is insufficient dissolved air in the water supply, nanobubble production may be reduced or totally compromised. Before purchasing, we recommend checking the DO level with your water supply company and your tap's water pressure to ensure optimal performance.

5. Is NanoWash cost saving?

Yes, NanoWash enhances rinsing efficiency, which can lead to reduced water usage. Additionally, items such as skin, hair, clothes, and pets dry faster, helping to save energy in the drying process. However, the main benefit of NanoWash is its ability to provide a superior rinsing with no residues, rather than cost savings. While it helps optimize water and energy use, its primary advantage is achieving a deeper and more effective wash.

6. Can I drink water containing nanobubbles?

Yes, NanoWash does not alter the composition of the water. It simply breaks down dissolved air into nanobubbles without adding any chemicals or filtration. If the water was safe to drink before, it remains safe after passing through the NanoWash. However, please note that NanoWash does not purify water or remove contaminants.

7. Can I install 2 units in sequence for more bubbles?

No, installing two units in sequence is not recommended. The first unit creates turbulence and reduces water pressure, which may prevent the second unit from generating nanobubbles effectively. Additionally, the nanobubbles produced by the first unit may collapse when they collide with the internal mechanism of the second unit, ultimately reducing overall nanobubble production instead of enhancing it. 

8. Is NanoWash a UK company?

NanoWash is a UK-based digital operation. While the products are manufactured in Japan, the sales team operates from the UK, ensuring efficient global distribution and customer support.

9. Can I return the product if it doesn't work?

Yes! All NanoWash models come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
